I - Multiverse
In the vast expanse of the multiverse, a layered cosmos unfolds, each layer a distinct plane of existence, weaving together the intricate tapestry of creation.
The Universe Plane
At the very foundation of this grand structure lies the Universe Plane, a myriad of separate, individual universes, each a unique creation of the Creator and the Wheel. Here, countless characters embark on their journeys, living out their destinies in isolation from the vast multiverse. These universes, like isolated bubbles in the cosmic sea, are oblivious to one another, with the knowledge of other realms and dimensions remaining hidden except during extraordinary events.
The Higher Beings' Dimension
Ascending from the tangible realities of the Universe Plane, one enters the ethereal realm of the Higher Beings. This is the domain where gods and devils reign, as well as angels and demons, even though these are more involved to the first plane of existence than their divine counterparts. Within this celestial plane, every universe has its own godly kingdom and infernal abyss, yet these realms are intricately linked, forming a complex web of divine and demonic influence. However, in this plane of existence, the interaction between entities of different universes is a rarity, governed by strict cosmic laws and requiring the intervention of powers even greater.
The After Death Plane
Further above lies the Spirit Plane, an infinite, boundless realm where the souls of the multiverse converge. In this spiritual expanse, the souls are at first loosely grouped by their origin universe, but the constraints of separation are far less rigid than in the planes below. Here, the spirits mingle, creating a tapestry of past lives and experiences. Occasionally and under specific circumstances, a spirit may find itself crossing the ethereal boundaries into a different realm of existence, thereby potentially weaving its essence back into the fabric of a new reality, of a new universe. Overseeing this plane is the Primordial of Death, a cosmic entity ensuring the balance of the afterlife, working in tandem with the individual gods of death from each universe.
The Apex Plane
At the pinnacle of the multiverse is the Apex Plane, the realm of absolute power and unbound potential. Here reside the Wheel, the Primordials, and the Creator, the architects of reality and the weavers of fate. This plane stands apart, untethered by the laws that govern the rest of the cosmos. It is the heart of the multiverse, the source from which all creation flows and to which all destinies ultimately return. Inaccessible to mere mortals and celestial beings alike, this plane is the cosmic control room, where the grand narrative of the multiverse is written and directed.
II - Chaos
In the genesis of the cosmos, the Architect unwittingly awakened Chaos while crafting the universe's inaugural creation. This awakening birthed Chaos as an omnipresent entity, a dormant yet pervasive force entwined with all that has existed, exists, and is yet to be. Intrinsically, Chaos yearns for a primordial state of non-existence, a longing that drives its paradoxical quest to unmake reality. This desire to return to a state of void propels Chaos to actively dismantle creation, not out of malevolence, but to revert to its original form of nothingness.
III - Chaos force
Chaos Force is a profound and paradoxical power that originates from the fabric of the universe itself. It emerged when the Architect, in the act of creating the cosmos, unintentionally awakened the entity of Chaos, characterized by its intrinsic yearning to restore the original state of absolute nothingness.
When the Wheel imbues a being with Chaos Force, it grants them access to this immense and unruly power. These chosen individuals possess the unique ability to tap into this primal energy, wielding it either to influence the course of events or to shape reality itself. However, the use of Chaos Force is a double-edged sword, as it embodies the relentless drive of Chaos to dissolve the very fabric of existence. It requires exceptional strength of will and purpose to harness and direct this force, as it constantly teeters on the edge of unmaking the wielder’s own being and the reality around them.
Thus, Chaos Force stands as a testament to the delicate balance between creation and destruction.
Chaos Force, while granting immeasurable power, also seeps into the soul of its wielder. This subtle yet insidious corruption gradually erodes their essence, blurring the lines between their original intent and the voracious appetite of Chaos. It's a seductive force, whispering promises of unlimited potential, yet only the mightiest entities can harness its force.
IV - Gods
In each universe, the gods reign supreme as embodiments of essential concepts, each a majestic creation of the Wheel. Residing in the elevated second plane of existence, they are the architects of vital elements such as light, nature, and the vast oceans that define their respective universes. The strength of these celestial beings is intimately tied to the devotion of their followers, making the angels' role in fostering faith crucial. These gods, with the power to materialize in myriad forms within their domains, are able to guide and influence the course of their universes.
However, the gods are not mere paragons of virtue. Possessing immense power, they are often marked by profound egos, with true benevolence being a rare trait. The Wheel, guided by the Architect’s will, duplicates the gods already created, in each newly forged universe. Yet, these are not mere copies but unique entities, each representing the same fundamental concepts, but in a different universe. When a god is created in a universe where another already embodies the same concept, it signals the Architect’s desire to recalibrate the cosmic scales, leading to the eventual supplanting of the older deity. This process ensures that the gods, despite their might, remain dynamic and integral to the ever-shifting balance of the multiverse.
V - Devils
In the darker corners of the universes, the devils exist as ruthless entities, born from the chaotic essence influencing the Wheel and innately infused with the Chaos Force. Each devil is the living embodiment of a negative emotion that pervades the universe, drawing strength from the darker aspects of existence. Their demonic underlings work tirelessly to intensify these emotions among the living, thus augmenting the devils' dominion and power.
Residing in the second plane of existence, devils possess the ability to move into the physical realms, though they often prefer to orchestrate their malevolent designs from the seclusion of their dark abodes. With each creation of a new universe, just like the Gods, the Wheel also duplicates the existing sinister beings to ensure their presence in the next universe. This duplication, a reflection of Chaos's growing influence on the Wheel, is a critical aspect of maintaining balance as the devils act as a counterweight to the gods, thus preventing a divine tyranny. This interplay of light and shadow, good and evil, underscores the complex duality of divine entities and challenges the conventional perception of gods as embodiments of pure goodness.
VI - Chaos reincarnation
The Wheel harbors a profound chaos, birthed from the sealed energy of Darwizzy. This chaos, ever-growing, weaves its influence into the architect's cycle of reincarnation, distorting it subtly yet significantly. From this altered cycle emerge beings of darkness and dread: devils, demons, and the enigmatic chaos reincarnations. These beings are not mere creations of the present universe but the lost souls of ancient realms, characters who failed to fulfill their destined purposes. Sensing the latent energy and untapped potential within these souls, the chaos cunningly manipulates the Wheel, ensuring their rebirth in forthcoming universes, now imbued with the formidable essence of chaos force.
VII - Demons
Demons emerge as creatures born from the chaotic influence of the Wheel, inherently imbued with Chaos Force and dwell as the dark emissaries of the devils. Bound in servitude to these ruthless beings, demons can be seen as nothing short of slaves, a reflection of the cruel and malevolent nature of their devil masters. Each devil embodies a distinct negative emotion that permeates the universes, and it is the demons' unholy mission to spread this negativity, to incite chaos and despair. Unfettered by any semblance of morality or restraint, these malevolent entities weave suffering and discord wherever they roam, their vile actions serving to amplify the power of their devil overseers.
Demons primarily operate within the first plane of existence, sowing seeds of darkness among the unsuspecting inhabitants of the universes. However, their sinister presence is not confined solely to this realm since they can also access the The Higher Beings' Dimension alongside their devil master.
VIII - Angels
In stark contrast to the malevolent demons, angels are the holy servants of the gods, ethereal beings capable of awe-inspiring miracles. Tasked with guiding the inhabitants of the universes towards righteousness and faith, angels are seen as beacons of hope and divine messengers. Their mission is to ensure that the characters within the universes align with what is deemed the righteous path – often synonymous with belief in the gods. This directive, however, is based on the premise that devotion to the gods is the true course of virtue.
Angels vigilantly watch over the universes, bestowing blessings and offering both direct and indirect assistance to some beings. Their interventions are designed to steer these inhabitants towards actions and beliefs that strengthen their respective gods. In the cosmic hierarchy, the power of a god is intrinsically linked to the faith of their followers; thus, the more believers a god has, the more potent they become. Angels, therefore, play a crucial role in not only safeguarding the well-being of the universes' denizens but also in bolstering the divine strength of their celestial patrons. Finally, even though angels carry out their divine duties within the first realm, their origin and residence are alongside the gods in the higher dimension.
IX - Primordials
In the dawn of existence, as the Architect wove the tapestry of the cosmos, he summoned into being entities of immense power and purpose - the Primordials. These eight ethereal beings were envisioned to embody and uphold the fundamental pillars of the universe, each representing an essential aspect of existence itself. Apart from Fate who became The Creator and Destiny who is now Darwizzy, these Primordials are Death, Life, Order, Void, Eternity, and Time.
Though each Primordial wields immense power within their domain, they typically interact with the universes through avatars, extensions of their will and essence. These avatars allow them to influence events and guide the destinies of the worlds without revealing their true, overwhelming presence. Yet, their actual existence remains anchored in the highest plane of the multiverse, a realm beyond the reach of mortals and gods alike.
In this celestial hierarchy, the Primordials stand as the eternal custodians of the fundamental aspects of existence, their will and power echoing through every corner of the cosmos, shaping the ongoing saga of creation that began with the Architect's first vision.
X - Their respective role in the Multiverse
Primordial of Death
The Primordial of Death, a being as enigmatic as it is inevitable, governs the cessation of life and the transition to the afterlife. This entity oversees the end of all things, ensuring the natural cycle of mortality and rebirth, and maintaining the balance between existence and non-existence realms.
Primordial of Life
In stark contrast stands the Primordial of Life, a vibrant and nurturing force. This being is the essence of growth, vitality, and the flourishing of all living things. It is the spark that ignites the breath of life in the cosmos, spreading vitality across the vast expanse of the universe according to the will of the wheel and the creator.
Primordial of Order
The Primordial of Order embodies structure and stability. This entity is the cosmic lawbringer, establishing the fundamental laws that govern the universe, ensuring that chaos does not consume the cosmic order.
Primordial of Void
The Primordial of Void represents the endless, unfathomable emptiness. It is the embodiment of the absence, the nothingness from which everything began and to which all might return, he works along Eternity to perpetually extend the universes.
Primordial of Eternity
Eternity's Primordial is the symbol of unending existence, transcending the bounds of time and space. This entity personifies the infinite, the unceasing continuity of the cosmos, and the timeless nature of the multiverse itself.
Primordial of Time
Lastly, the Primordial of Time weaves the temporal tapestry of the universes. This being governs the flow of time, the progression of moments, and the sequence of events that unfold throughout the cosmos.
XI - Powers
The Wheel is the pivotal construct where the power of the Architect is harbored. The will of the Architect, though his powers are bound within the Wheel and oriented by The Creator, remains unblemished and absolute. It is this undying will that fuels the endless cycle of change, growth, and evolution. The multitude of abilities, powers, and forces that beings across the cosmos wield are but reflections of the Architect's inherent desire for creation and metamorphosis.
Every spark of magic, every surge of power, every subtle manipulation of reality traces its lineage back to the Wheel, where the Architect's force resides. This force is the driving factor behind the diversity of abilities that exist, each a unique interpretation of the Architect's fundamental wish for an ever-evolving universe.
XII - Tournaments
Within each universe, a grand tournament unfolds, a cosmic event initially conceived by the primordials for The Creator. This tournament is more than a mere spectacle; it is a crucial instrument for the creator to gauge the universe's equilibrium and its progression towards the ultimate goal, a goal deeply rooted in the ancient pact with the architect. Yet, the primordials, beings of immense power and enigmatic intent, harbor motives that transcend mere allegiance to the creator's quest. Their interest in the cosmic balance is cursory at best. Intriguingly, they occasionally descend into the fray, incarnating in avatars to partake in the tournaments. This direct involvement serves a dual purpose: to satiate their own inscrutable desires and to witness firsthand the potential of the mightiest beings each universe has to offer.
XIII - After the tournament
Following the conclusion of a universe-spanning tournament, a unique phenomenon known as the "Soft Freeze" descends upon the fabric of reality. This event marks a pivotal moment in the life cycle of the universe. After the crowning of a champion, the universe subtly shifts into a state of suspended potential. The victor's power becomes the ultimate benchmark, the highest pinnacle of achievement that the universe will ever witness. From this moment forward, the universe is bound by an invisible yet unbreakable ceiling of capability and evolution.
In the wake of the tournament, the universe continues to pulse with life, civilizations thrive, and stars burn brightly. Yet, there is an undercurrent of cosmic finality; no entity, no matter how mighty, can surpass the limits defined by the tournament's victor. This Soft Freeze creates a static balance, a world where progress in power and ability is eternally capped, locking the universe in a state of perpetual equilibrium.
But within this seemingly immutable law might lie a sliver of exception, a rare and mystical occurrence. In the aftermath of the Soft Freeze, there might occasionally emerge a character, born against all cosmic odds, who defies these established boundaries. This character is a beacon of untapped potential, unbounded by the constraints of the Soft Freeze. Their very existence is a paradox, a defiance of the cosmic status quo, offering a possibility to breach the unbreachable, to reach beyond the unreachable.
XIV - Darwizzies
Among the myriad creations of The Creator, the Darwizzies stand as one of the earliest, yet paradoxically, they are the most fragile of races. This irony begs the question: is their frailty a mere twist of cosmic fate, or a deliberate continuation of Darwizzy's penance for his audacious attempt to plunge the universe into a realm of unending chaos? Regardless of the cause, Darwizzy's current existence is a shadow of his former self, surrounded not by powerful allies, but by NPCs who offer him blind worship. This absolute devotion, while a semblance of support, is unlikely to be the cornerstone on which Darwizzy can rebuild his lost legacy of greatness.
XV - The Architect reincarnation
The Wheel, a cosmic nexus of fate and potential, holds within it not only the essence of the universes but also the dormant might of the Architect himself. His powers being confined within the Wheel, the Architect's influence subtly permeates the fabric of reality and creation.
Within this grand design, a remarkable phenomenon occurs. The Architect, through the sheer force of his will and the latent power ensconced in the Wheel, manages to channel a fraction of his strength, initiating a unique form of reincarnation. This process allows the Architect's subconscious to manifest in a selected universe, albeit in a vastly diminished form compared to his original omnipotence.
This reincarnation is not a full rebirth of the Architect in his primordial form but rather a subtle infusion of his essence into the universe. This fragmentary presence carries with it a mere hint of the Architect's once boundless power: The Absolute Creation.
