Out of the same tear as Time, another primordial came to be. Eternity; the endless, the everlasting. The conceptual sibling of Time. This Primordial rules over the unchanging tides and cycles of the multiverse. This makes Eternity and Time closely related and naturally intertwined, but deep down very different. Where Time works with lines, Eternity works with circles. Time is fragile, while Eternity is not. Their domain is never-ending, they make sure cycles keep repeating, but leaves most of the work to their sibling, as eternity mostly handles itself.
Though they don't have the weight of the continuation of time on their shoulders, they do struggle with the eternal repetition that surrounds their domain. Overall, Eternity’s way of interacting is empty and blunt. This is caused by the effects of all that is endless. However, Eternity is also a careless primordial, looking to take risks. They don’t care about the consequences of their actions, as they’re so used to everything being mundane and predictable. Usually, Eternity is quiet and could be described as cold, but they tend to break every now and then, looking for change. This sometimes ends in catastrophic events.
Eternity looks vastly different from their so-called sibling. Though they share the same blue glow, Eternity has a much more sculpted face. The form they usually take is more defined and shaped, though their expressions are typically plain. Usually, Eternity chooses to take the form of something resembling a human woman. They like to have long flowing hair and color on their face. The dress they wear is woven with extreme details of all kinds of infinite symbols, collected from the various religions of the universes they oversee. The trail of their dress was once so long, it went beyond what is visible, almost making it look endless. It was only when Order requested that Eternity shorten their dress that they finally made it more reasonable.
Eternity is a risk taker. This has a major effect on the relationship they have with the other primordials. Life, Death, Time and Order like to keep everything working within a reasonable fashion. With Eternity’s ironically unpredictable, but also bland, nature the other primordials tend to stay away from them.
Eternity and the other primordials
Fate - Because of Fate always being set in stone, adding more predictability to Life, the judgment of Eternity is overall negative. However, once Fate lets the Wheel spin and create unpredictability, this primordial gains slight favor in Eternity’s book.
Life - Life is often viewed as a new beginning, a new cycle forming. Eternity views Life the same way, disliking the creation of a new cycle. However, the uncertainty and unpredictability of Life itself piques Eternity’s interest. This makes it that Eternity generally likes Life and the spontaneity they bring to the universe while still being a continuous cycle.
Death - Death is Eternity’s most favored primordial. This comes from the fact that Death is a change of pace to Life. Souls are ripped from their body and become confused. Eternity likes the uncertainty and the uniqueness of the process of Death.
Order - Albeit, Order is the antithesis to Eternity, the two commonly get along. Unfortunately, due to Eternity’s demeanor, Order commonly keeps their distance from them and will avoid participating with them on the majority of topics. It was Eternity who convinced Order to accept Chaos during the Great War with The Architect.
Void - Eternity looks at Void with understanding and pity. Being stuck in an endless cycle themself, they feel for Void being stuck in their own loop. Eternity seeks to find time to spend with Void, as to bring them comfort. It is within this closeness that Eternity has gained information from Void that is unknown to the other primordials.
Time - Just like how Time views Eternity, the way Eternity views Time is not overly positive. They see Time as too strict and they cannot seem to understand Time’s obsession with keeping everything as it is now. Their quarrel sometimes goes past that of normal siblings, resulting in turmoil on Eternity’s side. When not in disagreement, they tend to avoid Time.
Destiny - Eternity found Destiny to be painfully annoying at most times. Destiny was rather antithetical to Eternity, and would consistently disagree with anything Eternity had to bring up. As Destiny would constantly coincide with Eternity, the two would always step on the other’s toes. Despite this distaste, Eternity was the first to weep for their sibling when they were obliterated by The Wheel.
